The Helpline is IVR equipped and currently available in TAMIL, HINDI and ENGLISH languages. Other regional languages will be added in due course of time.
This Community Support Helpline is completely set-up and operated by CHRIST - Centerof Homoeopathic Research & Institute of Scientific Theraphy, a registered non-governmental society from Union Territory of Puducherry, India. This is being promoted
extensively for the benefit of Common People and for creating awareness about the Efficacy of Homoeopathy in all Acute and Chronic Diseases and Sicknesses.
The Operational Cost (monthly) is supported by several Homoeopathic Doctors across India by their contributions and volunteer service.
A team of Homoeopathic Doctors representing their State / Union Territory are available to address queries of the PUBLIC PEOPLE related to their Health and Treatment options available
in Homoeopathy. They will be providing Counselling, First - Aid measures, Guidance and Feasible remedies to the patients and explain them the different treatment options available
and the Homoeopathy based Approaches and Solutions and their efficacy in the given Health conditions. They will also guide them about the availability of nearby Homoeopathic Doctors
and Homoeopathic Pharmacies.
